How delivery works
Three steps, usually under a minute
There is nothing to wait for and nothing to sign for. The sequence below runs automatically the moment your payment is confirmed.
The email arrives
A message lands in the inbox you used at checkout, carrying your files. It usually arrives within a minute. Keep it: the same link stays valid, so you can retrieve your documents on a new device at any time.
Open on your device
Save the PDF to your tablet and open it in GoodNotes, PDF Expert, Notability or Apple Files. Print-ready A4 and US Letter versions are in the same download if you prefer a clipboard.
Files & access
Security, integrity and lifetime access
A working document is only useful if you can still open it in three years, on a device you have not bought yet.
- Your download link does not expire. Keep the confirmation email and you can retrieve your files whenever you replace a tablet or move to a new laptop.
- Links are private to your order. They are generated per purchase and are not listed or indexed anywhere on this site.
- Free revisions for the edition you bought. When a document is corrected or improved within its edition, you receive the updated file at no cost.
- Standard PDF, no proprietary format. No account, no app, no subscription. If a reader can open a PDF, it can open ours.
- Fully offline. Once the file is on your device it works with no signal - at the dock, in a shed, or three miles offshore.
Troubleshooting
If something has not arrived
Almost every delivery question resolves with one of the four checks below.
My download email has not arrived. What should I check?
Check your spam and promotions folders first: automated messages carrying links land there more often than they should. Then confirm the address you used at checkout, since a typo in the domain is the most common cause. Search your inbox for Apex Marine Labs rather than scrolling. If there is still nothing after thirty minutes, contact us with your order number and we will resend it manually.
Can I download the files again later?
Yes. Your download link stays valid, so keep the confirmation email and you can retrieve your documents on any device at any time. This matters more than it sounds: most buyers come back for the file when they replace a tablet, often a year or two after the purchase.
Do I need an account or an app to open the files?
No. The files are standard interactive PDFs. On iPad they open in GoodNotes, PDF Expert, Notability or Apple Files; on Android in Xodo or Adobe Acrobat Reader. There is no account to create, no subscription, and no cloud dependency. Once the file is on your device it works entirely offline.
I joined a launch list. Where is my order?
If you signed up for a launch list rather than placing an order, there is nothing to track yet and no order number exists. You will receive a single email on the day that product goes live. Launch lists are segmented by product, so you only hear about the one you asked for.
