We answer every email. We aim to reply within one business day and we do not leave a message unanswered beyond two.

Apex Marine Labs is a digital publisher. We do not operate a retail counter, and email reaches us faster than the telephone. It also leaves both of us with a written record of what was asked and what was answered.

What to include when you write. Your order number, and a description of the problem. If a file will not open, tell us which document, which paper size, and what you are opening it with. That answers the question in one exchange instead of four.

Before you write about a missing download. Check your spam and promotions folders first. Our delivery email is automated and is occasionally filtered. If it is not there, write to us and we will resend your links manually.

To change your mind about an order within 14 days, use our Withdraw from a purchase page.

Our full legal notice, with the identity of the business, is on our Legal notice page.
