Refund and Cancellation Policy — Apex Marine Labs

Apex Marine Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates as a digital publisher providing specialized maritime infoproducts, checklists, logs, and templates (100% digital PDF downloads). 

1. Digital Products and Instant Delivery
All items available on our store are digital goods delivered instantly via secure download links on-screen and via email upon completion of purchase. No physical items, parcels, or shipments are ever dispatched.

2. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products—which are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned or un-downloaded—all sales are final. Once a download link has been generated and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you generally have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. 

However, under EU consumer rights directives and UK regulations concerning digital content:
- By completing your purchase and clicking the download link, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of cancellation and refund once the digital content has begun downloading or is made available to you.

4. Defective or Corrupt Files
If you experience a technical defect, a corrupted file, or an unreadable PDF format that prevents you from accessing your purchased documents, please contact us at support@apexmarinelabs.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will verify the issue and manually send working files or correct the technical error.
