Every log in this category works the same way. You transcribe the figures for your own installation once — your manual's temperatures, your gearbox maker's coupling tolerance, your impeller interval — onto a reference page. From then on, every reading you take is measured against your own machinery and against your own commissioning baseline, rather than against a range written for somebody else's engine.

None of these documents publishes a tolerance, a temperature or a service interval of its own, and none instructs you to carry out work that belongs to a qualified engineer. They record what was measured, by whom, at how many hours, and how far it has moved since.
