Digital Delivery Policy

Every product sold by Apex Marine Labs is a digital download. Nothing is manufactured, packed or shipped, and no courier is involved in your order.

What you receive

Each document comes as one download. It holds a one-page Start here file and the document in two editions, each in A4 and in US Letter:

• Fillable edition: for typing on a computer or iPhone. The fields can be filled in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free, or in Apple Files. The calculations run in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Pencil & Print edition: the same pages ruled for handwriting, in GoodNotes, in Notability or on paper.

A single document is therefore five files: the Start here page and four PDFs. A Command Kit is seventeen files: the Start here page, then its three documents and its Kit Guide, each in both editions and both page sizes. A Super-Pack follows the same pattern with four documents, twenty-one files in all.

These are the apps we have tested. Other PDF apps may open the files, but we do not promise that their fields or calculations will work.

How and when delivery happens

Delivery is automatic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the order confirmation page, and a copy is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

Immediate delivery does not take away your right to change your mind: section 2 of our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your 14-day right of withdrawal.

There are no delivery charges, no customs and no duties, because nothing crosses a border physically.

Billing address

We do not ask for a shipping address. A billing address is requested because payment providers need it to verify your card and to prevent fraud.

Using your documents

Once downloaded, your files work offline. No account, no subscription and no connection is needed to use them, in a boatyard, in an engine compartment or offshore.

Access and re-downloads

Keep your order confirmation email: it is how you retrieve your documents on any device you own.

If a link stops working, or you lose the email, write to support@apexmarinelabs.com with your order number and we will send your files again.

If something does not arrive

If your email has not arrived within thirty minutes, check your spam and promotions folders. If it is still missing, write to us with the email address and order number used at checkout. We reply within two business days.

Refunds

You can change your mind within 14 days of your order for a full refund, as explained in section 2 of our Refund and Cancellation Policy. After that, we do not refund a change of mind. A file that is faulty, missing or not as described is always replaced or refunded, and consumers in Australia and New Zealand keep the guarantees set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which governs every refund.
