Digital Delivery Policy

Every product sold by Apex Marine Labs is a 100% digital download. Nothing is manufactured, packed or shipped, and no courier is ever involved in your order.

What you receive

Your purchase consists of one or more PDF documents — checklists, logs, worksheets and operational templates — supplied as instant downloads. Each purchase includes a fillable digital version designed for tablet use, and a print-ready A4 and US Letter version.

How and when delivery happens

Delivery is automatic and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed:

  • Your download links appear on the order confirmation page, on screen, straight away.
  • A copy of those links is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within one minute.

There are no delivery times, no delivery windows and no delivery charges. Nothing is added to your total for postage, handling, customs or duties, because nothing crosses a border physically.

Shipping addresses

We do not ask for a shipping address, and our checkout does not display one. A billing address is still requested, because payment providers require it for card verification and because it determines the correct rate of VAT, GST or sales tax on digital goods in your country.

Using your documents

Once downloaded, your files work entirely offline. They open in any standard PDF reader. On iPad we recommend GoodNotes, PDF Expert, Notability or Apple Files; on Android, Xodo or Adobe Acrobat Reader. Fillable fields, tap-to-check boxes and automatic totals work in all of them. No account, no subscription and no connection is required to use a document you have downloaded — which matters when you are in a boatyard, in an engine compartment, or offshore.

Access and re-downloads

Your download links do not expire. Keep your order confirmation email: it is how you retrieve your documents on any device you own in the future. If a link stops working, or if you lose the email, contact us with your order number and we will resend your files manually.

If something does not arrive

If your confirmation email has not arrived within thirty minutes, check your spam and promotions folders first, as automated emails are frequently filtered there. If it is still missing, write to us with the email address and order number used at checkout. We answer within one to two business days and resend manually.

Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy rather than by this policy. Please read it before purchasing.
